Baa Ram Ewe Skipper

Skipper is a 5ply Guernsey-style yarn, tightly spun and perfect for hard-wearing sweaters that will last a lifetime. Skipper is crafted from 100% British Wool, grown, scoured, spun & dyed in the UK and certified by the British Wool Board. 

Traditional Guernsey-style yarns are intended to be knit at a very tight gauge to create garments that are resistant to wind and weather, keeping their wearers warm while out to sea. While the yarn lists a recommended gauge of 30sts per 4", it is adaptable to a range of fingering and even sport weight gauges. 

Hand wash in cool water, lay flat to dry
