The Afmaeli Lopapeysa (which translates from Icelandic as "Anniversary Wool Sweater") is a beautiful example of traditional, Icelandic sweater design. The sweater is knit in the round from the bottom up.
The yarn pack includes Istex Lettlopi 100% Icelandic Wool yarn in all the required shades and quantities, enough to knit an adult sweater up to 42" chest. If you would like to knit a size larger, you will require one extra ball of Lettlopi in 0005 Black Heather (Black), 9418 Stone Blue (Blue), or 1420 Murky (Brown).
