Crochet II - Amigurumi; March 29th, 2025
Amigurumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small, stuffed yarn creatures. And what better way to learn that with an adorable, tiny octopus!
Join us for one 2-hour class and learn all the basics of amigurumi crochet: working in round, working a sphere, stuffing, finishing, and attaching tentacles!
All class attendees must be 16 years or older.
When: Saturday, March 29th, 2025, from 8-10am.
Prerequisites: basic crochet skills (ch, sc, dc)
Materials: 1 ball of Sirdar Happy Cotton; 2.5mm crochet hook; polyfill stuffing; stitch marker; safety eyes (optional); darning needle.
All class materials can be purchased at Galt House of Yarn, though you may bring your own. This class occurs after hours and the cash register will be closed. Please purchase items in advance.
Cost: $29
Cancellations and Refunds: If there is insufficient registration for the class (minimum 3 participants), you will be notified at least 2 days before the start of class and your full fee refunded. If you wish to withdraw from the class entirely, you must contact Galt House of Yarn at least 2 business days before the start of classes to obtain a refund. We regret that there are no refunds for class absences or make-up sessions.
